Former hospice staff holds reunion

FALLBROOK – After two long years of being unable to meet, the Fallbrook Home Health and Hospice staff, consisting of nurses, nurse aides, clerical staff, physical therapist, speech therapist, social workers and chaplain were able to gather at the home of Suzanne Lemoine, Rn, MSN.

Lemoine said they had "a delightful afternoon sharing our stories with lots of laughter and updating each other on our present endeavors. Even though our employment ended many years ago at the closing of our Fallbrook Home Health and Hospice agency, we have continued to meet, share stories and reminisce about our past as an awesome team. As per usual the appetizers and desserts were delicious."

Some are still working while others have retired. At the conclusion of the reunion, "with kind works and sharing of fond memories, we raised a toast to our awesome hospice physician, Dr Daniel Manring. He will be greatly missed at our gatherings. May his soul rest in eternal peace," Lemoine added.
