2000 customers lose power in Fallbrook

A Toyota Sienna van hit a power pole at Alvarado and Mercedes St, shearing a SDGE power pole.
A power outage for 2008 customers has resulted from a traffic accident reported at 10:39 am this morning. There are downed power lines on Alvarado St. The outage was expected to last until 4 pm, however many homes were restored by 11:40 am.
According to SDGE, by 11:40 am only 11 customers were without power.
