Camp Pendleton fire burns 50 acres

Yankee Fire has a potential for 200 acres. No structures are threatened. The rate of spread is still moderate and 50 acres has burned as of 4:10 pm.

Yankee Fire range 710 A on Camp Pendleton is on fire and 30 acres have burned at a moderate rate of spread.

The fire is burning along the San Mateo Creek bottom.
