La Caseta celebrating 25th anniversary

FALLBROOK — When Delos W. Eyer and his family bought La Caseta from the original owner, Marc Chaisson, in July 1991, Delos’ son Erik was 9 months old. Now, Erik, a junior at Fallbrook High School, and Delos’ other son Axel, a sophomore, work part-time at La Caseta.
The building in which the restaurant is located, on the corner of Vine and Alvarado, can be traced back to 1919.
