Fallbrook Pharmacy to host retirement party for Tip Clements

FALLBROOK — The new owners of Fallbrook Pharmacy will host an open-to-the-public retirement party for former owner Tip Clements on Saturday, November 1, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Clements retired this year after serving the community since 1966.

Not wanting to sell to a large chain pharmacy, Clements sold the pharmacy to Scott Tyree and Tom Pascoe of Pacific Pharmacy Group, a small group of four pharmacies in Southern California.

While Tyree and Pascoe are new to Fallbrook Pharmacy, many familiar faces remain. Tip’s sons, Richard and David, remain in management roles at the pharmacy. Richard is the general manager and David is the medical supply manager.

The addition of medical equipment sales, rentals and repair is a new feature at the pharmacy.
