Theater tickets now available online

Fallbrook Players is offering theater patrons a new and easy way to purchase tickets for their upcoming production of “Cats.”

Tickets may now be purchased online at http://www.fallbrookplayers.com.

The Fallbrook Players have contracted with TIX, a leading provider of box office software and online ticket sales and services for entertainment and sporting events.

Tix uses state-of-the-art 128 bit SSL encryption technology to ensure safe and secure online transactions.

“We looked at many companies before choosing TIX,” said Fallbrook Players spokesperson Jane Stimmel. “They have a spotless reputation and handle ticketing for many large events across the nation, so we are very confident with their technology.

“Our customers will be able to choose their seats from the comfort of their homes, which is something our patrons have been wanting for a long time. They will also be able to print their own e-tickets as well.

“‘Cats’ has generated a huge amount of interest in Fallbrook and other areas. A lot of our cast is from other areas, including Escondido, San Marcos, Vista, Oceanside and Temecula, so buying tickets online will be very convenient for their families and friends.

“People wishing to buy tickets will still be able to visit the Mission Theatre box office in person at 231 Main Avenue if they do not have access to a computer.

“Plus, since this is the North County premiere for ‘Cats,’ tickets will be selling quickly so people who can’t get to the box office during the week won’t lose out on getting great seats.”

“Cats” is playing at the Mission Theatre in Fallbrook March 20-April 5 on Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:30. Sunday matinees will be at 2 p.m.
