'Certified Notary / Loan Signing' offered at MiraCosta College

California’s real estate industry is in need of notaries and others who would like to become loan document specialists.

In “Certified Notary / Loan Signing Agent,” offered by MiraCosta College’s Community Services Program, students will learn about the duties and responsibilities of the notary public as well as gain the education and skills needed to be successful in this field.

The class is offered Saturday, March 28, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in room 3515 at MiraCosta College, 1 Barnard Drive, Oceanside.

A materials fee, which includes a listing of 50 loan-signing companies, and a certificate fee will be collected in class.
