BONSALL – For the second year in a row, Bonsall resident and Pacific Ridge School student Fearghas Smith was recognized with an award at the Model United Nations Conference.

This year, the eleventh grader won a verbal commendation award for his preparation to discuss the North Atlantic Treaty Organization with his peers.
