FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Democratic Club honored Bertha “B.” Kay at its holiday celebration at the Hukilau restaurant.

After a round of “Happy Birthday to you,” Kay proudly announced, “I have always been a Democrat. We all loved F.D.R. I voted for him four times. I have voted every year, all my life, except this one, because I was in the hospital.”
