RE: 'Caltrans delays SR76 report' [Letter, Village News, 4-8-10]

I lived in Fallbrook for 18 years and during that time my spouse did the Bonsall shuffle to San Marcos and home daily. What a traffic nightmare. Caltrans had scheduled the extensions between Home Depot and Bonsall for a number of years.

During that time all of you NIMBY’s in Bonsall/Fallbrook complained the northern route would not work, then the southern route would not work. Consequently, Caltrans halted the study due the Not In My Back Yard (NIMBY) loud mouths going off at every drop of the hat. Enough already! Stop the whining, moaning, and groaning.
