Townsend Public Affairs, Inc., will be assisting the Fallbrook Public Utility District (FPUD) in attempting to obtain state grant funding for the Santa Margarita River Conjunctive Use Project.
A 5-0 FPUD board vote April 27 authorized the contract with Townsend Public Affairs, which has a Southern California office in Newport Beach and also has Sacramento and Washington offices. FPUD will pay Townsend Public Affairs $5,000 per month for one year.
