Intoxicated female Delma Barron arrested.
Today, June 7th, 2023, there was a call for service for a disturbance on the 100 block of Ash Street. Approximately at 1:00 pm, Delma Barron age 59, was arrested at Pico Promenade / Canal in Fallbrook for disorderly conduct: UI/alcohol. In addition to this, deputies were observed handling the situation in a very professional manner. This is all the information we have at this time.
