    After a unanimous vote in closed session by the Fallbrook Union High School District Board of Trustees, recently hired FUHSD Superintendent Ilsa Garza-Gonzalez announced that a familiar face was appointed to become Fallbrook High’s next principal.     Rallies to support horse racing are taking place every Saturday during the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club summer meet and San Luis Rey Training Center trainer Kimberly Marrs is among those taking a role in the pro-racing rallies.
