    PAUMA VALLEY - A 20-year-old Oceanside woman whose car veered off a curving highway in Pauma Valley and crashed into a rock wall was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene, authorities said today. The woman, who was not wearing a seat belt, was driving a 2005 Honda Civic east on state Route 76, east of Poomacha Road, about 9:20 p.m. Tuesday, when she crashed, according to the San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office and the California Highway Patrol.     DESERT HOT SPRINGS - The charred body of a man found near Desert Hot Springs four years ago was identified as that man reported missing in Nevada City, Calif. Isaiah Marsh's body was found June 12, 2009, near Long Canyon Road and Hacienda Avenue, according to Riverside County sheriff's deputies. He was believed to be 30 years old. His body was set on fire, but coroner's investigators were unable to pin down a cause of death.
