The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) is proud to announce the acceptance of Teylor Camilo, a resident of Fallbrook, into the college’s Associate Degree Program in Baking & Pastry Arts.

Founded in 1946, the CIA is an independent, not-for-profit college offering bachelor’s and associate degrees in culinary arts and baking and pastry arts. The school’s main campus is in Hyde Park, NY, with branch campuses in St. Helena, CA, and San Antonio, TX. The CIA has an enrollment of nearly 2,700 students representing every state and more than 30 countries.
