FPUD decisions

The audacity of FPUD councilmembers to admit that they really don’t care about the residents of Fallbrook; once again, they have stepped into the arena of nonsensical decisions.

The GM received a COLA on January 1. Why did he need a bonus just six months later? Did the employees who do the dirty work get a bonus? Also, why did they change the ordinance regarding employment? Is it because the GM really must be getting terrified that his cushion position is eroding very fast?
