Artists display 'Art of Earth'

FALLBROOK — Fallbrook Art Center (FAC) presents “Art of the Earth” in its Janice Griffiths Gallery now through October 12.

Nature’s diversity is evident in the art presented by 21 artists from across Southern California who have created art from a broad range of materials formed from the earth’s pressure – clay, stone, minerals and gems – jewelry, sculpture, functional ware, paintings, fossils and mineral specimens.

The Art Center is proud to collaborate with the Fallbrook Gem & Mineral Society for this unique show. Located at 103 South Main, at Alvarado, the show is open Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday noon to 3 p.m.

FAC members, active military and under 18 are free; non-member admission is $5.
