OCEANSIDE — Podcasting is the newest Internet sharing and distribution method for information. Many may have a great idea for a podcast but are unsure about how all this newfangled technology works, what equipment they need and how to put it all together. They can now get up-to-date in “A Beginner’s Guide to Podcasting,” a new workshop offered through MiraCosta College’s Community Services Program.
The class is aimed at beginners who do not have a great deal of experience in using audio tools for editing and processing or understand what is necessary for distributing content. No previous programming knowledge or multimedia skills are required to attend this lecture-based workshop.
The class is scheduled for Tuesday, October 28, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in room 3601 at MiraCosta College, 1 Barnard Drive, Oceanside.
