Youngren completes major project in only 78 days

FALLBROOK — Last spring, Fallbrook-based Youngren Construction Inc. answered the call to perform major interior improvements for a “bare bones” shell building on a taut schedule.

It pledged to create a new 36,000-square-foot office and manufacturing facility for The Garmon Corporation/NaturVet©, located in the Temecula Corporate Center at 27461 Via Industria, in a mere three months.

To keep pace with business demands, Garmon needed to expand the space of its nearby facility within 90 days.
