Dry Christmas tree warning

Christmas trees that have been up for a week or more should be checked now. Falling needles and brittle brown branch tips are danger signals.

CAL FIRE urges residents to remove dead and dying Christmas trees before a tragic fire occurs in their living room. A fire can destroy a home in minutes and leaves scars that can last a lifetime. Be fire safe, not sorry!
