Fallbrook shows appreciation of military

CAMP PENDLETON — The Fallbrook Chamber of Commerce, Wild Game Feed out of San Juan Capistrano and Bob Hillery with Willis Allen Real Estate sponsored a pancake breakfast for Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 267 on December 13.

They fed more than 500 military families on Camp Pendleton at the hanger of HMLA-267 with pancakes, sausage, bacon, donuts, drinks and even a coffee bar.

Santa flew in one of the helicopters to provide excitement for the kids. Toys were distributed to the children and there were lots of ticket drawings.

Donations also came from Fallbrook’s Fresh & Easy and The Donut Stop.
