New judges appointed by Schwarzenegger

SACRAMENTO — On January 22 Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger announced the appointments of Ronald F. Frazier and Tamila E. Ipema, both Democrats, to judgeships in the San Diego County Superior Court.

Frazier, 54, of San Diego, earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Fullerton. He fills the vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Michael M. Anello.

Ipema, 52, of Oceanside, earned a Master of Laws degree from Georgetown University, a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Louisville, a Master of Arts degree from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Damavand College. She fills the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Jan Goldsmith.
