FALLBROOK — Fallbrook artists can learn from one of the most successful contemporary female artists at a lecture on April 19 from 1 to 3 p.m. and during a five-day workshop at the Fallbrook School of the Arts April 20-24. Elizabeth (Libby) Tolley is best known for her beautiful oil landscapes.
