Runners, walkers exercise together

FALLBROOK — The Running and Walking Club continues to meet three times a week.

Members meet on Wednesdays at 5:45 p.m. in the parking lot of Los Jilgueros Preserve just north of Fallbrook High School on the east side of Mission Road. These workouts will continue until the end of Daylight Savings Time on November 1.

They also meet on Saturdays at 7:30 a.m. at the Vista del Lago entrance to the Santa Margarita River trail. Traveling east from town on East Mission, turn left on Knoll Park Lane, go to the end and turn right on to Vista Del Lago and follow it east downhill to the dirt section of th...
