Pala Mesa offers Health & Wellness Expo

FALLBROOK — Pala Mesa Resort will host its first Health & Wellness Expo on Thursday, October 29, from 3 to 8 p.m.

With fellow sponsors LA Fitness, The Walking Company, Healthy Times newspaper and Fallbrook Hospital, the event will feature an impressive list of health and wellness professionals, personal and group fitness coaches, holistic practitioners, certified raw food chefs, organic crops, natural fruit farmers and more.

A lecture series will be offered to provide information on cutting-edge wellness products and services.

Topics include “Comfort Footwear for a Healthy Life,” “The Benefits of Tai Chi,” “Glyconutrient Technology and Ambrotose,” “Hypnosis as a Major Tool for Enlightenment and Transformation,” “The Truth About Organic Farming,” “Improving Your Health with Chocolate,” “Emotional Detoxing for Those Beginning a Raw Food Eating Plan,” “Home Health and Hospice,” “Cleansing Internally to Become Younger” and “Wellness and Detoxification of the Body.”

A raffle will be offered with incredible prizes; all proceeds will benefit the Fallbrook Land conservancy and the Boys & Girls Clubs of North County.
