Healthy Woman event features holiday safety

Fallbrook – Ladies can learn what they need to do to stay well and safe during the holiday season by attending the Fallbrook Hospital’s Healthy Woman Ladies Night Out Event. The program is scheduled for Thursday, December 3 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Silvergate, 420 Elbrook Drive.

Dr. Bjorn Nordstrom, Graybill Medical Group will present “You Better Watch Out… Holiday Stress, Illness and Injuries” followed by “Self-Defense for Women” by Dan Paulson, Martial Art Concepts.
