FALLBROOK – A fall recital for the students of Jeri Palmer and Carol Saltz was held at the Saltz residence. The recital began with “The Star Spangled Banner” played by Kieran Scott. Other participants ranged from beginners to students who have reached late intermediate and early advanced levels.
