Outraged that vehicles were towed during parade

I would like to express my personal outrage at what appears to be a first for the Fallbrook Christmas Parade. The manager of our newest drug store in Fallbrook decided to have cars parked in his lot on Dec. 5 towed out. Our local tow yard decided to charge over $300 to owners to retrieve their vehicles, towed only a few blocks. A few of the vehicles that were towed belonged to volunteers who worked in the parade staging area.
