Elizabeth "Betty" Jane Cochran

It is with much sorrow that we announce the loss of our loving mother and special friend, Elizabeth “Betty” Jane Cochran. Betty passed away peacefully at home in Tustin, Calif. on January 4, 2010, at the young age of 88 after courageously battling breast cancer for many years. She was fittingly and affectionately referred to by her doctor as “Ms. Tenacious.”

Betty was born November 4, 1921, in Los Angeles, Calif. to Elizabeth and Earl Hill. She was preceded in death by her adoring husband of 57 years, Colonel William F. Cochran, USAF. Bill and Betty were long time residents of Fallbrook, Calif...
