TEMECULA – The Santa Margarita Sierra Club will meet on Thursday, January 28 at 7 p.m. at Rancho California Water District Headquarters, 42135 Winchester Road in Temecula.

The guest speaker will be Richard Halsey, Director of the California Chaparral Institute. He is also an award winning author, teacher and wild land firefighter.
