The Lumleys went to the same high school in Iowa before 53 years of marriage

Lois met Darwyn Lumley in high school and church; they are from the same town in Iowa. This coming June, they will celebrate 53 years of marriage. Darwyn said, “I’m ready to go for another 50! It sure doesn’t seem like it’s been 50 years.”

Darwyn and Lois have been involved in the vintage automobile hobby for over 50 years and have had a variety of vehicles. Currently their sole “old car” is a 1960 Bentley long wheelbase sedan. There were only 25 made in 1960. Theirs is number five. They have been cruising in it for 26 years.
