Picking up trash on SR 76

I would like to say “well done” to the gentleman on SR 76 Westbound who had parked his truck on Monday, Jan. 25 at 11:30 a.m. and picked up trash. I honked my horn in recognition of his efforts. I am so afraid of the road dangers or I would have been out there with him. SR 76 is beginning to look really “trashy.” Thanks again!
