Healthcare district's annual grant application process begins

FALLBROOK – Each year since 1999, a portion of the Fallbrook Healthcare District’s revenues (derived from local property taxes) have been directed back into the community through grants that fund and sponsor programs and services that impact on the health and well-being of the residents in the district.

There are seven phases in the grant program process, beginning with submission of a Request for Proposal.
