Local Marine dies at 19 while supporting combat operations

CAMP PENDLETON – A 19-year-old Camp Pendleton-based Marine died in combat in Afghanistan this week, according to the Pentagon.

Lance Cpl. Carlos A. Aragon of Orem, Utah, was killed Monday while supporting combat operations in Helmand Province, the Defense Department announced late Tuesday.
