PETS was created in Southern California 32 years ago and is now a worldwide event. Incoming RI President Elect (2010 - 2011) Ray Klinginsmith was one of the dinner speakers and presented a message of “One objective that is to foster service as a worthy enterprise through the four avenues of service, in our local and in the national community.” The RI Theme for next year is “Building Communities - Bridging Continents.”
