Francis Ackema

Francis Ackema passed away on March 4, 2010, surrounded by her loving children, their spouses, and her grandchildren. She was 83 years old. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fredrick (Henk) Ackema, who died in 1986.

Fran was born and raised in Bronxville, NY and was a graduate of Connecticut College in New London, Conn. She and Henk moved to Southern California to raise their children, finally settling in Fallbrook.
