We want to express our gratitude to Fallbrook PUD General Manager Keith Lewinger for helping guide the process at the Water Authority that resulted in a two-year extension of the Special Agricultural Water Rate (SAWR). Local farmers are facing a real challenge with the escalating price of water and the SAWR was set to expire on December 31 this year.
