Is California really broke?

It is really silly to think we are broke after this governor gave us a 15 cent tax on every gallon of gasoline we buy last year and all the hidden taxes we are not suppose to know about, maybe billion or more a day.

How about all the billions that our lottery takes in every day, that this state government never wants to even talk about? We need Walter Winchell. If he was alive I am sure he could find out what this government is taking in every day and what they are spending it on. There is not one good news reporter left it seems in America.
