Horn addresses FBK Rotary, receives Paul Harris honor

FALLBROOK – In recognition of his long time commitment of addressing the needs of his constituents in North County, Supervisor Bill Horn received a Paul Harris Plus pin from the Rotary Club of Fallbrook at their weekly luncheon meeting held at the Grand Tradition. The honor was presented by Connie Fish and Tom Koehler. Horn is a former Rotarian and past president of the Valley Center Rotary Club.
