Exciting trip to New Mexico offered

FALLBROOK – Seniors will leave the Fallbrook Senior Center, 399 Heald Lane, on Sept. 13 for a trip to New Mexico. They will experience both highs and lows as they ride on the Sandia Peak tramway (two miles up) and travel to Acoma Pueblo, also known as Sky City, an ancient Indian village more than 900 years old, and then down to Albuquerque to test their taste buds on delicious pillow shaped sopapillas served with honey or powdered sugar.

A full service trading post in Gallup, the Perry Null Trading Co., will be a stop on the way home for last minute shopping on Sept. 19.
