New wine and tapas bar opens in Fallbrook

FALLBROOK – A new wine and tapas bar has opened in Fallbrook’s Jackson Square on Main Avenue. The Gnarly Vine, owned by John and Lura Compoginis, features a relaxing and welcome environment to enjoy a glass of wine and one of the many delicious appetizer plates.

After months of preparation, the new establishment officially opened June 19. The Compoginis daughters, Angela and Katina helped on opening night, making it a wonderful family affair.
