Hawkins and Besne receive FAA scholarships

FALLBROOK – Karen Langer Baker had the honor of awarding scholarships to two very talented artists, Carly Hawkins and Jessica Besne, at Fallbrook High School's Scholarship Awards Ceremony.

Hawkins will be attending CSU-San Marcos as an art media and design major, with psychological sciences as a second major while Besne will be attending the University of Hawaii at Manoa, majoring in both fashion design as well as art.

In addition to receiving generous financial scholarships, each has received a one and a half year membership in Fallbrook Art Association. They will also be treated to a day at the San Diego County Fair, with a special excursion to the fine art exhibition.
