Young folks attending a past Stage Coach Sunday get up close and personal to a Pacific Animal Productions python.

Fallbrook families and friends can look forward to lots of fun, food and entertainment on Stage Coach Sunday at the Fallbrook Land Conservancy’s Palomares House at 1815 South Stage Coach Lane this Sunday, September 28.

From 1 until 4:30 p.m., attendees will enjoy live music by Gordon Stone’s Stonehouse band, an animal show by Pacific Animal Productions and wagon rides by Cinderella Carriages.

Other scheduled events include the popular children’s Halloween Contest, face painting, pumpkin decorating, games and contests for all ages and, of course, the barbecue dinner and beer garden. One highlight of the event every year is the silent auction and raffle.

So, area residents are encouraged to dig out their best Western attire, get an early start on Halloween and plan for an enjoyable afternoon with their friends and neighbors.

More than 1,000 Stage Coach Sunday flyers have been mailed out, inviting participants to become part of Fallbrook history by purchasing a package of $300 or more. All Anniversary Package purchasers will have a commemorative tile inscribed with their names, which will be placed in a special 20th anniversary section of the Palomares House walkway.

As always, entry to the event is free. Dinner tickets ($10 for adults, $5 for children) and special sponsor packages are available at the event or by calling the Fallbrook Land Conservancy office at (760) 728-0889.
