In the December 17, 2009 issue of the Village News, the article entitled ‘FUHSD board settles school newspaper court case’ stated: “‘This is an indication of the world we live in,” said Mitchell. “This [settlement] has more to do with greed, avarice and arrogance. But through it all, the great writers, the students, stood through this all and shined.”

This quote should be attributed to FUHSD board member Marc Steffler.
