A thank you

The family of Wendall Dean would like to thank everyone who helped and cared for him over the past year: Fallbrook Presbyterian Church, Fallbrook Skilled Nursing Facility, Innovative Health Care, Dr. Lane Oslund, Dr. Wood and the staff of all of the assisted living facilities he lived in. We appreciate everyone who came to visit him.
