A Flood Watch is in effect from late Friday night through Sunday afternoon, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) in San Diego.- A strong Pacific storm will bring moderate to heavy rain Saturday, followed by scattered showers and thunderstorms Saturday night through Sunday afternoon. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.
