    An unidentified Latino male was found Sunday morning on Ash Street off of Mission Road in downtown Fallbrook. Deputies on the scene were uncooperative with the person representing Village News, but the San Diego Sheriff's Watch Commander Lt. Dave Collins reported the call of a "down person" came in around 8 am Sunday, May 29. Sheriff and North County Fire Protection dispatched to the scene.     UPDATE: Earlier in the week, 74-year-old Edgar Cruz, of Oceanside, who has Alzheimer's, went missing after walking away from his Oceanside home.     A traffic collision at 5:58 p.m. Sunday, May 29 on Mission Rd. by River Village resulted in one injury. North County Fire Protection District Engine 1115 responded to the scene, which involved a Chevy Yukon and Toyota Tundra. An adult female in the Tundra suffered minor injuries, but refused medical attention, according to the NCFPD spokesman. The Tundra had five passengers. The Yukon had a single female passenger.
