    The American Quarter Horse Association inducted First Down Dash into the AQHA Hall of Fame during a July 19 ceremony at the AQHA museum in Amarillo.     The Fallbrook Public Utility District approved the development of an agreement with the County of San Diego to provide sewer service to Fallbrook Community Airpark.
