Computer Help exceeded my expectations

I took my computer to Ken Ju at Computer Help on South Mission because I couldn’t connect to the wireless net at Caffé Primo. After trying two or three times to rectify the problem at the shop, he actually closed down the shop in the middle of the day and we both took the computer to the café and tried to fix it.
Although he was not able to resolve the problem at that time, he took the computer back to his shop and spent considerable time on it (at no charge) and we finally fixed the problem.
Ken went well beyond what I expected and I recommend him to others who might need help with their computers.
