Make RMWD a better organization

I am writing this letter to ask the voters in the Rainbow Municipal Water District (RMWD) to support Gerald Walson by voting for him. I have known Gerald Walson for 20 years and he has made Bonsall a better community by supporting issues to make it possible. He will make RMWD a better organization when he is elected director.
